Two ways to work with doctors
For permanent & fixed-term roles:
We send matched talent directly to you. You handle interviews, contracts, and salary negotiations as usual. We simply facilitate the connection.
For ad hoc & project work:
We act as the contracting entity. You pay us, we pay the doctor within 7 days. This removes employment complications while ensuring reliable payment processing.

£10,000 flat fee per successful hire

Ad Hoc & Project Work
You set your budget within our rate guidelines:
